A Touch of the Divine
Far away there in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I may not reach them, but I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and try to follow where they lead.

“On every side the snowy heads of mighty hills crowded round, whilst, immediately behind us, a giant among giants, and immeasurably supreme, rose Robson’s Peak”Mount Robson is the most prominent mountain in North America’s Rocky Mountain Range and the highest point in the Canadian Rockies. Guarding Mount Robson Provincial Park’s western entrance, the second oldest park in British Columbia’s park system, it invokes feelings of awe at the mountain’s magnificence. It was likely named after Colin Robertson, who worked for both the North West Company and the Hudson’s Bay Company at various times in the early 19th century. The earliest inhabitants of the area call it Yuh-hai-has-kun, Mountain of the Spiral Road and it’s not difficult to see why it captured their attention. For the climber’s out there, Mount Robson has a high failure rate on climbing to the top, with only about 10% of attempts being successful. (Wikipedia and BC Tourism)

This photo was taken in beautiful British Columbia in 2010. I have since upgraded my camera to a T2 Canon Rebel but was playing with some editing and thought I would share some of these great shots.
