Abandoned
Especially with Christmas just having come and gone, this picture got me thinking. Of all the things that we want and need so much when they are bright and shiny and new. And yet all too soon they become abandoned for the next new shiny thing.
A New Year is Fast Approaching
A new year is fast approaching and to my dismay I have let this blog slide a bit considering my last posting was back in April 2011. My goal this year is to take a whole lot more photos! I am going to focus more on developing my technical aspects while improving my artistic flair. I will stay true to my original intent with this blog in recognizing the beauty all around us and not taking for granted the little things. I hope that you will continue on this journey with me.
